Affected by Covid-19, there maybe some delay on the delivery.

We have warehouses in the USA, Russia, Europe and Australia and will choose the nearest warehouse to deliver to you based on your order address. At the moment we have different products in different warehouses.

Shipping Types

FLYING BEAR works with established carriers that offer insurance and tracking, including. DHL, UPS, FedEx. all shipping times are based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times are dependent on each carrier and depend on the turnaround of our warehouse.  

If the warehouse near you is out of stock, we will ship directly from China to fulfill your order.

Countries we ship to: USA,EU,Russia, Australia,UK.

We ship to EU countries including: Kingdom,Germany,France,Italy,Spain,Netherlands,Switzerland,Belgium,Denmark,Czech,Republic,Poland, and Estonia.

You will need to clear your country's import taxes.

When shipping from China: 

Shipping to USA , and EU takes about 15-20 days. Shipping to Russia and Australia takes about 60 days.

Please note that all orders will take 2-3 working days to be processed and shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping and Order Confirmation

The specified shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by a number of factors, including the method of transportation.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed and a second email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided, if available (tracking numbers usually will be active within 48 hours). Once an order has been placed, we can no longer change the shipping address. And orders that have already been shipped or are in transit cannot be cancelled.
