What is Lightburn?

LightBurn is an excellent professional laser cutting layout software, mainly used for laser cutting machine layout, editing and control software. When using LightBurn, you can communicate directly with the laser without any third-party software. LightBurn supports most Ruida, Trocen, TopWisdom, and GCode based controllers, and allows users to use a wide variety of common vector graphics and image formats (including AI, PDF, etc.). and image formats (including AI, PDF, SVG, DXF, PLT, PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP) to import artwork, arrange, edit and even create new vector shapes in the editor with powerful features such as offset, Boolean, welding and node editing. You can set the applied power, speed, number of passes, cutting order, brightness and contrast, dithering mode, etc. It sends the results directly to your laser cutter.

LightBurn (laser cutting and nesting software) supports the following laser controllers.
