Flying Bear LaserMan Laser Engraver Engraving Cutting Machine
Got the fan to work with lightburn, you take the yellow wire out of the plug and it comes on when you plug the fan on. Found someones video showing that on youtube. I did get the lightburn camera and it works great, just waiting for the 10 watt laser to come down in price and want to upgrade, hoping they come out with a 20 watt as would like to be able to cut real thick wood.
I bought mine off amazon, watched all the videos I could to set up. Took maybe 1 hour, I did the test burn and was amazed at the detail. Now I have had it for about 2 months playing around with different settings. Still in the learning phase but I have made a few engravings on some cutting boards for gifts and they have come out very good. I tried a photo on a tile and could not believe the detail but that does take a long time. I am learning all sort of different settings to make it faster which has helped. I normally on been running it around 1000-1500 speed, have not tried faster yet. I engraved and cut out a piece of cardboard and everyone could not believe the detail as it came out great. The only problem I am having is forgetting to use the program with it to get the fan to come on. I wished I could use it straight from lightburn with the fan on. I am thinking of getting a camera to be able to line things up better. So far I am very happy with it and the detail to how small it can engrave just blows me away.
Had a lot trouble with the display after a few emails and a bit of know how it works ok still having a few teething problems
