Refund Policy

About Order Cancellation

Orders placed within 2 hours can be cancelled at will and refunded to your account immediately if we verify there is no problem. If an order is placed more than two hours ago and the goods have been packed and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to request a refund, you will need to go through our refund process. You can contact chu@3dflyingbear.com for the exact process.

 

Refund Process

1. First contact our customer service and describe the problem in detail, including the reason for the return, as well as your order number and product SKU number. For defective, incorrectly shipped items or items that do not match the description, please send us clear pictures or videos of the problem.

2. If the item received is damaged or incorrect due to a problem caused by our company (please refer to our return policy), we will allow you to return it to our warehouse for a refund or exchange. The shipping cost incurred when returning the product will need to be borne by you. We will send you the return address in an email.

3. Once we have confirmed your returned product, we will arrange for a refund.

Returns and Replacements: Once we have confirmed receipt of the returned product, we will send you a replacement product. Shipping costs for products sent to you for returns and exchanges will be paid by us only if the reason for the return is FLYING BEAR, such as sending the wrong item/size.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 business days of receiving your product to request a return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with our return address. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refund Period

It usually takes some time for us to receive your return (approximately 7 business days) and for us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days).

If the review is approved, the money will be automatically refunded to the bank or credit card account you used to purchase the product. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.

After this period, the refund period is as follows:

1. Debit card refunds: Generally 1-3 business days, depending on the time period of the card issuer.

2. Credit card refunds: generally 5-7 business days, depending on the time period of the card issuer.
