Yes I've had the hardware for over 14 days and still haven't started a print. Conflicting or out of date information on the company website. Not a video of this model anywhere I can find. Mainboard documentation goes up to version 3.1 but I have a 3.2. Nothing on the Makerbase site matches this board....

This is great value, but the manual, included software are not there yet.
Very well packet machine with an impressive characteristics and fast shipping. Communication with sales and support chanel had work quite well.
Should have an option with auto bed leveling and the top cover should be redesign to be clear so that you see the start of the printing.
Excellent youtube assembly videos and not so good software instructions to get started, Cura doesn't have the profile for the Reborn 2 although my first prints came somehow ok and the image on the display only works with Cura 4.3.
Wifi never works making you use the SD card or cable which it's not understandable although expected!
There's a lack of presentation videos or instructables videos from youtuber's in English to solve problems that might exist for beginners.
I haven't been able to print a benchy yet without having troubles on the 3mm height layers, it seems that the bed it's sending to much eat to the pla or abs and it melts a little.
Since it's a fixed bed It should exist a button to drop the bed down with a removal PEI plate to easily remove the prints or I don't know how to drop it.
Flying Bear should include nylon washers to be used between the Z axis coupler and stepper or use a better coupler.
Great hardware, rock solid machine. Very robust and precise. Waiting to buy more.
I got the Reborn 2 two weeks ago. Since there it's been hell. The prints got heavy artifacts, a magnet of the enclosure was false sided. The x rail was not greased and the y-rails too less. I contacted support. They we're unfriendly and they did not speak about my problems instead they send me "helping advice" from another type of printer. They wanted to send me a STL-File for checking the belt tension. They sent a Gcode, so I had to tweak it first. It seems this tool ist not good designed, so it always stays on the same spot. I asked two times for a return, but they started to ignore me. I have them two weeks more or I will go to my credit-institute for getting a chargeback.
